The Seafarer
Inn, built in the late 1890's, was originally a farm house
surrounded by apple orchards. The cottages were added to
the property during the heyday of Old Orchard Beach. Since
then, the cottages have gone through extensive renovations to
provide today's modern conveniences, while still keeping that
old time charm. The LaPlante family welcomes you to the
Seafarer Inn, and the best 7 miles of sandy beach anywhere in
the state of Maine. Why

Deposits:
Minimum one night's rate is required; 30% for stays over 3
nights.

Payment methods: We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard
and Discover.
Personal checks are accepted for deposit only.

Refunds:
Refunds for reservations, less a minimum $10.00 charge, will be
given when notice is received at least 21 days prior to arrival. We
cannot give refunds for weather, illness, early departure, or ANY
other reason.

1:00 P.M.

10:00 A.M.

All rates subject to 7%
Maine Sales Tax.

Two night minimum stay
required.

Rates are quoted in U.S. dollars. Payments
may be made by cash in U.S. funds, or check if received at least 3 weeks prior to check in.

$7.00 extra per night per person (rates are
quoted for 2 people) and $10.00 extra per
night for each pet.

Cottages #1 and #5 rates are based on 4 guests. $7.00 extra
per night per person.

All Units are Non-Smoking.

$10 fee for late checkout.

Pet Policy: Well behaved dogs on leashes are
accepted, with an additional fee of $10 per pet, per night. Damage
fees will be assessed if damage is incurred.
