1 night fee deposit to reserve your cottage.
Lost of deposit if you cancel your reservation at anytime.
50% deposit required for stays greater than 3 nights.
Check-In time is after 3 PM and check-out time is before 10 AM (Late fee of $25.00 if checked-out after 10 AM).

Low off season weekly specials starting from $125/week/cottage from May 1st to mid June.
